what i am doing is i have two s13s a modified manual hatch thats been hacked and wrecked and i recently got an all stock auto coupe. im switching everything from the hatch into the coupe and vice versa. ive found plenty of info on putting the manual into the auto car which shouldnt be a problem. what im wanting to know is what is necessary to put the auto in the manual car? ive tried searching with no luck so if anybody knows first hand or can point a link out to me it would be greatly appreciated

Swap the body harnesses. There's a lot of wiring for the auto trans that just simply doesn't exist on the manual harness.

That's what i was afraid of. Absolutely no way around this I assume huh? The reason I ask is that's part of the reason I was wanting to do the swap and use the unhacked auto harness with the manual trans in the coupe. Being its the one I'm keeping. The harness in the hatch is pretty rough.

coupe/hatch harness is the same (S13). they differ only by chassis (S13/S14/S15) engine (SOHC/DOHC/ETC) and drivetrain (AUTO/5SPD)
