New guy into/question

Hey guys im new from R.I. i drive a 91 240sx coupe with KA24DE. going to be supercharging it soon so hopefully it will be ready for next season.

but for my question, the car i bought came with megan coilovers. i was told i could adjust the height from one of the knobs on top. but either way i turn it, it doesnt raise nor lower the car. any one have any advice? i tried searching and everyone says that you need a specific half moon looking wrench and have to adjust it from under the car.

Those are for stiffness. You need to use the spanner wrenches and measure, then realign.
