hello i am well a new guy lol. i just got a 2002 infiniti I35 and i love it it just that stock isnt my flow but i dont know where to start with this thing. it only has one issue and that is that the ccfl in the dash is burnt out so i cant drive at night without a flashlight. so any advice and sugestions wout be helpful.

There is no direct replacement lamp for the cluster so the recommended and expensive way, especially by dealer, is to replace the cluster. If the lighting is just very dim, you can probably replace the tinted outer cluster cover in the i35 with the clear one from Maxima. If you are electro-mechanically inclined and has the patience, you can replace the CFL with an LED strip from a supplier like oznium.com. The last one is complicated and can damage the cluster if you are not careful.

can i use a gauge cluster out of a 03 maxima in my i35? i found some for way less than for my car.
