Hey, welcome to NICO. That is a gorgeous 32-R you have there. Very nice.

Just want to run a couple things by you right quick.

Unless the Skylines you are going to be selling are former MotorEx cars, please do not list them here, unless you specifically state they are not legal nor can they be made legal. We here at NICO try to make sure all the people here are informed about the problems of trying to legalize a Skyline, as it's not easy, and we are also commited to prevent any kind of fraud.

Advertising without proper consent from the CEO or the other top Admins of NICO is prohibited on the forums. If your business is ligitimate, then by all means contact Greg Childs (AZHitman) at [email protected] and see where it goes from there.

And lastly, be aware that disassembled cars that are brought into the states and re-assembled then sold as "kit-cars" is illegal. This has been an long standing discussion here in the Skyline forum, and there have been a couple of past members that are now being sued because of this, along with many other reasons. Just be aware what you are doing.

I know I may sound harsh, but we try to stick to the rules as best we can here at NICO.

We are welcoming to any advice you might have to help out fellow members with tuning, repair or basic maintenence and are glad to have you as a new member.

Be sure to check out the other forums as well on NICO as there is a lot of great information floating around.

Again, welcome, and enjoy your time here.

Well how did you get it registered in the states? I heard in NC you can register them pretty easily. Its getting them here through customs thats the hard part.

Whats your octane number on the fuel you use ?

The problem with the Mines Rom is they turn off knock control. The knock control off, plus at least here in Cali 91 octane causes knock at 0.8 bar. Run 1.0 bar and its knocking all the time under load.

What happens if you knock too much, is you snap the ceramic exhaust wheel off. If this is a car you want to sell, you might want to knock the boost back a little. Put the restrictor back in the solenoid line.

Mines Epoxies over their chips. Makes them really difficult to get out. If you have good soldering skills and time with a dremel you can get it out.

Otherwise, not at all a good idea. Unless you run 100 octane fuel all the time. You need about 95 PON fuel to equal Japanese 100 octane.
