New guy and his 240sx

Afternoon gents, that is if your from the East Coast .

New to the forums, thought i would post couple pictures of my 240sx.







It's the 95 240sx se, Stock Ka24de has about 248k miles on the motor,

Bought it in early February for $1300. the day i got it home i inspected it for rust and after thoroughly checking it out come up with 0% rust, has some dings, replaced passenger door panel, you can't tell it by the pictures but the windshield is cracked all the way across from someone shooting at it.

It's a automatic... But for $1300.. i mean comon I don't like chrome wheels.. which they are 15" eagle Alloy's.

Long term plans for it would be a LS1 Swap, new two tone paintjob etc..

for now though, i would like to slap on a body kit for it, but i can't make my mind up which type i would like to put on it, Looking for Opinions and pictures if applicable. Thanks

I'd throw some coilovers or some lowering springs on it before I threw a body kit on it.

before you get a body kit i would get coilovers and some nice low offset rims to go with it

good find, im with the rest on the coilovers. it dont look good at stock height with a body kit. congrats on zero rust tho, that alone is priceless.

I was planning to put some coilovers on before i get a kit shippped, just haven't decided yet.

And yes i know i have a way's to go, but it never hurts to know what you want before you get there, It's my daily driver since i never had to own a car, always drove Sport bikes, just finally got tired of freezing my **s off going where i need to.

Nice find! Definitely coils and associated suspension goodies before body kit. Anything in mind for the kit? IMO JDM aero, but it is your car. So, do as you please.

haven't fully decided yet, would like something that keeps it low profile, clean, nothing to aggressive.
