New guy 85 300zx z31

Hey guys...and girls

Just wanted to introduce myself.
I'm new to the nissan world...have had several cars over the years but never ventured into the world of imports. Closest car I've come to the 300zx previous to this was a 87 Dodge Dayton Turbo II.
Anyways the car is a 85. pretty bare bones.....no power steering....no cool instrument cluster, but at least its a turbo lol. Picked it up today after looking it at the last few days. Has a lot of miles on it......odometer reads 240000 but it doesn't burn or leak any oil or have any serious mechanical problems.

I do have a first question for you guys though...

The turn signals don't work. They come on but stay solid. I was thinking it might be the flasher relay??? Common problem?? Anyone have any idea where the relay is located lol?

I will add pics soon. Body is in ok shape, t tops don't seem to leak. interior is pretty much trashed.....alot of the interior pieces for the rear of the car are gone but whats left up front needs replacing.

Look forward to spending quite a bit of time on this site.

Welcome to NICO!
I see whoever bought the car neglected to check the "blinker" option box. Just do it manually!
Seriously though, I think it is a relay.

Yeah I'm pretty sure its a relay too. The hazards do the same thing.....................and come on............you know I'm too lazy to do it manually.
