Post

Hi guys!

I am picking up my 2003 Infiniti QX4 on Saturday, and figured I would join up and say hello as well as a big thank you for all the help this forum (particularly the QX4/Pathfinder forum) has provided as I searched for a Pathfinder/QX4.

My name is Taylor, and I live in the Columbus, OH area (Go Bucks!). I currently (until Saturday! ) drive a 1994 Isuzu Rodeo 4WD. The 4WD in this old truck is a part time, non-shift on the fly system, and with no Limited Slip Differential in the rear axle, I have found myself in quite a few interesting situations in previous winters. Hopefully the All-Mode in the Q will take care of any worries I previously had. Also, my Rodeo is getting up there in age, and miles. 18 years old and 189,000 HARD miles make this thing one tired old truck. She did a great job as a first car, but I am on to bigger and better things, with Nissan reliability to keep me going. My family has owned several Nissan/Infiniti products, including a 96 Pathfinder LE, 91 Hardbody XE, 95 Maxima GXE, and currently a 06 Altima SE. So you could say it runs in the family, but I will be the first one to have an Infiniti.

Enough about me, now what you want to see, the truck!

It's a 2003, Brilliant Silver exterior with Graphite leather inside. It has 69,941 miles on it (will have just over 70k when I take possession). I'll take some more photo's when I get it on Saturday. It looks to be extremely clean and well taken care of minus the crack in the drivers leather. I am excited to make it my daily driver throughout college and beyond!

Congrats on the new ride!
Do your best to not design a vertical snow plow out of ply wood and ruin your folks driveway in the process.

Thanks for the greetings and compliments. And jokes. Yes, I am a Hatfield, a direct descendent (6th generation) from Devil Anse if your familiar with my family. So, if my mods seem redneck.... don't hold it against me :gapteeth:

TownCivilian, I have been lurking over there, and the FAQ really helped in my decision to buy a QX, so thanks for keeping that going, I'll be sure to come over once I have my truck on Saturday.

Thanks for the Hello's. Glad to be apart of the NICO community. :wavey:
