Alright guys maybe I can get definite answer from you guys. I have a GT28R S15 has 774 Miles purchased brand new a little under a year ago.

about 3 weeks ago I was on my way to work when I come to a light when I noticed a little bit of whitish/bluish smoke from exhaust. I get worried so I head home trying to diagnose whats wrong unfortunatly didn't have time. At first I didn't suspect the turbo search results yielded possible Valve seals.

After that day I only drove the car 3 times that week for roughly a total of 25 miles, each time it kept getting worse and worse to the point where I blanket 4 lane intersections, did a compression test and yielded 160 across the board, spark plugs show no signs of oil contact. Than I noticed my red air filter turned black, removed it it was soaked with oil, their was oil in the compressor inlet and compressor outlet, my bov also was dripping tiny bit of oil. Also my muffler has some oil residue on the inside of the tip.

Now heres the thing the car runs like a dream, turbo still boosts hard and boost starts building 2200rpms full boost by 2700rpms before the problem ever started and still does, no weird noises, ABSOLUTLY NO SHAFT PLAY. Practically the only thing wrong is the smoke and puddles of oil in the compressor housing.

I have all SS Lines no leaks outside the turbo. After reading some more it turns out the problem is most likely from the oil drain, upon further inspection I noticed a kink in the oil return (stupid rubber hoses) so I ordered a bunch of stuff for the oil drain and a stronger silicone hose.

My question is do you guys think my turbo will be ok once I fix the oil drain situation and clean out the intercooler and piping?

this sucks cause its a brand new turbo unfortunatly I cant send for a warranty as it was purchased from Nissan Japan.

I'm also running Megasquirt so no MAF, air filter was on compressor so thus why it had a bunch of oil.

I had the same problem on my integra and after I replaced the drain hose it was fine...still running same turbo without any problem, so I would assume after you replace the hose and clean out your charge pipes you should have the same results.
