All this information is already available on NICO.

First off you should do a metal headgasket and head studs before anything, if you have the money while you are at it throw some valvesprings on while you have the head off.

Buy an ACT HDR6 or exedy STAGE 2 CLUTCH.

Get at LEAST 550cc injectors, you can use the stock fuel rail, side feed injectors aren't bad.

Remember those valvesprings? Now throw some 256/264 264/264 cams on there and rocker arm stoppers.

Next you need to get her tuned. I use a mafless d jetro power fc, but you can use any engine managment you want. if you dont plan on changing your setup much you can go with a rom tune like JWT or enthalpy and use an z32 maf.

First and foremost... you can't use stock injectors. You NEED bigger injectors AND bigger MAF and a tune.

Next would be HG w. ARP head studs to be safe.

Then bigger cams along with Valve S/R

Actually, I might even do the HG with ARPs even before putting the turbo in. I dont care what people say about stock HG holding up lots of power. If I want power, I want my HG to be strong.

alright guys thanks a lot for your info a lot of it was what i was planning exceot for the stock side feed injectors but why not give it a shot and save some money...i already have the z32 maf because i have been planning on the Jim Wolf ECU reflash...and cam wise i was thinking maybe some tomei street cams or maybe hks stage 2 cams... Now another question for ya in your opnion what do you think would be better to use the z32 maf and get the reflash from JWT or use a powerFC...i have been getting different opinions from bunch of people and i was just wonderin what you guys thought again thanks a lot...

if you do not want to spend time and money on the dyno tuning the car, you are probably better off going with a ROM tune.

I have Enthalpy and Im quite happy with it.

650+cc Injectors, Z32 MAF, Enthalpy Tune, 264 or 272 Cams (depending on A/R), Greddy Manifold, SAFCII, Wideband.

My sig says it all. 20psi on 93 octane, 24psi on 100 octane. Stock block and HG. All it takes is good tuning for the engine to hold together.
