Probably not too good for resale value..Clean_4th gen wrote:Are you talking about the ebay grille? If so, then yeah, you have to drille holes for the clips. It doesn't have anything to do with the year differences though.
werent they out of stock last time i checked they were? he said hewas gonna order some more but idkPromise Land wrote:Pick up a used Versaspeed grille. They are mesh and can be painted to your favorite color.
You can always add black vinyl over it, or another color. That is what I did to my OEM grille before I swapped to the Versaspeed grille.willao147 wrote:the chrome makes me sad
He had the initial run of them made in 2006 when the Versa came out, and he just sold out of them at the end of last year. They haven't sold well, so I don't think he will be bringing another one out in its place.carlos15 wrote:so hes not going to mkae em any more hopefully hell get a new grill in its place
That's too bad. The stock grill is the one thing I seriously dislike about the Versa's styling. The VersaSpeed grill was really well done and I would totally get one if they did another run of them. But yeah, there's a redesign just around the corner and it makes no business sense to do another run if it took that long to sell the first run.Promise Land wrote:He had the initial run of them made in 2006 when the Versa came out, and he just sold out of them at the end of last year. I like it all black but looks good. I see you also painted the trunk trim. I might go that route too. Was it hard to paint? Or did you have the shop paint it as well?steed77 wrote: Yea it's from last week, right out of the paint shop. .
Never had the versaspeed grill. I like this one with the mesh painted black. .
Here is another shot of some more little touch-up
