That's what I thought I just read some stuff about having to cut parts here and there to fit a grill on 10 and up and I wasn't to crazy about the cutting part :p

Are you talking about the ebay grille? If so, then yeah, you have to drille holes for the clips. It doesn't have anything to do with the year differences though.

Pick up a used Versaspeed grille. They are mesh and can be painted to your favorite color.

Versa speed was out of stock =( I'm thinking of doing the rather interesting and not to shabby looking paint called plasti dip I like the way it turned out from the pictures I seen and I guess if you screw up you can just peel it off. And drilling a couple holes doesnt sound to bad but I'm on the fast track to voiding my entire warrenty I dont want to think about what that voids =P

i believe the hole that are needed to be drilled on the ebay grille are on the grille itself. no modifications need to be made to the car itself. so no worry bout warranty.

If it's only four holes itll be easier to do then when I drilled holes for my spoiler :p I think I'm sold on the eBay grill I mean anything is better than the stock grill the chrome makes me sad lol.

You can always add black vinyl over it, or another color. That is what I did to my OEM grille before I swapped to the Versaspeed grille.

He had the initial run of them made in 2006 when the Versa came out, and he just sold out of them at the end of last year. They haven't sold well, so I don't think he will be bringing another one out in its place.

That's too bad. The stock grill is the one thing I seriously dislike about the Versa's styling. The VersaSpeed grill was really well done and I would totally get one if they did another run of them. But yeah, there's a redesign just around the corner and it makes no business sense to do another run if it took that long to sell the first run.

I'd get the ebay grille, get the 2010-up grille, or paint your current grille.

Check the classifieds thread, someone has a used ebay grille forsale.

Yea it's from last week, right out of the paint shop. .

Never had the versaspeed grill. I like this one with the mesh painted black. .

Here is another shot of some more little touch-up

I like it all black but looks good. I see you also painted the trunk trim. I might go that route too. Was it hard to paint? Or did you have the shop paint it as well?
