Installed my T Rex eBay knock off grill last night. Thanks to Martin at Liquid Powder Coats for doing an amazing job powdercoating it satin black.

Heres the pic from the T Rex website.

And here on my Coupe. Kind of has a similar issue with the support bar and radiator showing that the C Mod does, I'll probably remove the bar and paint the radiator when time permits. I also think its angled slightly upward, not sure if this is something I did wrong with the installation or if it is what it is, but something is off.

Here's another pic when the sun isnt shining directly into the grill making it look hideous, the other pics were 6:30 AM.

Looks good man. I know that a lot of people paint their radiator black with the c-mod grill. I think it would look even better with that done too. Looks kinda like a g35 stock grill in the side shot minus the infiniti symbol and a lot more spokes.

Yeah those first shots are pretty hideous, the sun was literally just coming up and beaming right into the gaps, the pics honestly dont do it justice. But thats also what I was talking about when I said it was tilted upwards. If the billets were completely horizontal you would only be able to see in when looking at it head on. I need to check it out.

I plan on painting the rad. and maybe putting some mesh behind the grill but in front of the support bar.

I just installed the same ebay special last night. Not too bad of an install and very happy with the look. I will post pics shortly - i painted mine black as well but couldn't figure out how to get the lower grill installed.

That was the easy part! There are 2 little metal pieces that look like hooks. You just feed the bolt through the grill, through one end of the hook, and then the actual hook end clips over the stock bumper piece and you tighten it down with the nuts they give you. You have to take off the license plate mount to do it.
