so after cutting up the stock grill to make it look like the c-mod grill, and lossing the motivation to finish it, i ordered oem tiida grills i think i can make it look stock after cutting the stock grill apart even more.

Wow.. I really like the idea of doing this after checking out some pictures of a Sentra and Altima.
My question is after you cut everything out of the middle of it, do you just sand it with a really high grit.. I just can't seem to figure out how to get it all nice and smooth.

Thats what I thought.
I was talking to my friend about using bondo on my grill a while ago to get rid of the Nissan logo on the front but he said that it would be a bad idea to use bondo. Now I can tell him he is wrong. lol
I might give this a try. If I do though I plan on cutting the whole thing out and putting some mesh behind it. Idk how well it will look though with the piece sticking off of the bumper. Maybe I can just fit the mesh around the piece so it would look similar to the VersaSpeed grill. Or than again, I could just cut it off... but I don't really feel like ruining the whole bumper.

i dont know, i wont have these wheels/tires back on until the end of feb. or the begining of march, but since it is made for tires im hoping it will hold up well.

i got the new grills today and installed them. they were harder than i thought they would be to make work, and they dont fit as well as i hoped. still looks good IMO.
