New Gauge Cluster, Now Lots of Light Problems

This is on a 1990 2+0 NA->TT conversion. My odometer wasn't working so I removed the gauge cluster and sent it to Gary Stots. He completely refurbished my cluster and installed leds in the gauges and both pods. I got the cluster and pods all put back in the z and now my blinkers don't work and my tail lights wont come on. The hazards work fine though. Both the blinkers and the tail lights worked fine before removing the gauge cluster. I have checked the fuses and they all seem to be fine. Any idea what is causing my problem?? Another problem I have is that my horn doesn't work. I replaced the stock horns a few months ago with aftermarket horns and they worked fine after install. just recently they just stopped working. Im not sure if its related to the light problems im having, but hopefully someone can help me with that too! Thanks!
