New G37x owner

Hey folks, I just thought I would post for my first time. I have been lurking for a while. I bought a g37x last night! What a machine! I drove a 2006 335xi for the last few years.

Dollar for dollar.... my g37x is waaay better.

I got a NEW 2009 g37x Premium for 34.7k, I absolutely love it. The handling, cornering and acceleration are all EXCELLENT. WOW. What a great product.

Thanks to community's like this one, buyers can read REAL owner reviews/problems before purchasing. Thanks to all of you who have posted many different posts! Your input on this forum sold me on my first Infiniti!

Now for my question!

I purchased my car with only the premium package. I want to replace the roof console/courtesy lights with a flip down/swivel video monitor

Has anyone attempted this on their Infiniti?

If so, did you buy a packaged product or did you build one?Also, where did you relocate the moonroof controls to.

Welcome to Nico! You got an awesome vehicle. I would kill for a G37x. Murder. Death. Kill. 187. Where do you live? Anyway, sales of the G have been climbing recently for a reason. Its awesome, you got that part right! I haven't seen any kits, as usually that is something custom. But in all fun, you can probably relocate the switch anywhere, as it is a simple 3/4 wire switch and you just need to lengthen the wires. The shape of it looks like a Monitor would fit well. Someone may have an answer.
