New G35x Owner With Questions, Please Help

Alright, so I have searched the forums for information regarding my year and model. It's a 2005 35X with navi. I have read numerous things about ipod and iphone adapters using aux inputs and RCA ports. From what I can see my year and model has neither, all it has is the traditional cigarette lighter ports. Any help with this would be a big help.

Also, can you play DVD's through this year and models DVD ROM Navi Player? Ive read things about the brake wires and all that and the car having to be in park with e brake on.

Just looking for some answers regarding specifically my make and model.

Welcome to NICO! If I remember, the 05's have an "AUX" button on the head deck. You have to remove the stereo to get to it. As far as I know, this is how you can add a device...but you need an adapter.

Yeah ok from what I've seen it looks like you have to disassemble so stuff then remove stereo. Seems confusing to me I'm not a big tech guy.

I called infiniti and they said that their is no aux port in the back of the radio

They are correct...but, what you do is plug into the SAT/AUX port on the back...not 100% sure on the process, I've read about others doing it. Feel free to look at the FSMs for wiring diagrams (link in my sig) or google.
