New G35 owner says hello

I bought a new 2007 G35 Journey a month ago. Just hit the 1200 mile mark on Sunday and took the car out for a spin. Redlined it half dozen times on the 118 freeway. Hit 100 mph just for the hell of it.

I *love* this car. I got the Journey package in Platinum Graphite/Graphite interior with Premium, Nav, and Performance Tire/Wheel for $34500.

Traded in my 2005 Lexus ES330 (I never hated a car more than that ES).

The G rides great...this car is fun to drive. I look forward every day to driving it.

I am glad I got the NAV system with the Music Box system. At first I did not like the idea of the 6 cd changer in the trunk. The salesman said "you probably won't ever use it" and now I think he was 100% correct....because I have not used it once. I can play CD's from the dash, rip them to the Music Box, and hook up my iPod through the input jacks in the console. The SOW sounds fantastic.

So far the car runs great, no problems. I use Premium gas because Infiniti says to. I figure why buy a $35K luxury car and put Regular gas in the tank?

I hit 145mph for the hell of it when I first got my G... I guess it comes with my age.. haha I bet you're a bit older then me.

BTW take off the dealer pleates, why advertise for them?
