just became a proud owner a 06 fx35. im in the process of doing some routine cleaning and maintenance and have a question about removing the door speaker grills, which currently are dirty. the cover is made of some sort of fabric and not plastic so i can see why theyre so dirty. can the grills just be popped off with a screw driver or do i need to remove the door panel? last resort is ill just clean the covers on the car.anyone also experience dirty speaker grills? any tips on cleaning them.thanks in advance.

We use Simple Green. You are right they are a pain. I have to be very careful getting in out of the vehicle because if I'm careless I always run my black shoes across them and leave a mark.

Maybe someone has a hint on how to protect these.
