new fuel pump won't fit in housing

I would like to know is there any way i could stop from sending my new fuel pump back to Mr.Fuel Pump .The only problem i have is it will not sit in the housing without me adjusting the rubber.Has any body had this problem and if so your help would be appreciated

Most of us here use an OEM pump from http://www.everythinginfiniti.com - perfect fit and factory performance.

Does Mr. Fuel Pump know it is a 3 stage pump?

Does the new fuel pump have the same physical appearance or are there obvious differences?

How does one adjust any (of course new) O ring?

And of what housing does he speak?
