First relieve fuel pressure by removing the fuel pump fuse and start the car. It will die after a short while, then crank the engine for like 3 seconds. Now disconnect the 4 injectors' harnesses. Then remove the bolts that hold the fuel rail down (and anything in the way of its removal, there should be much). and the injectors should come out. Make sure you get the o-rings and seals that should be included with the injectors and then reinstall. Fuel will leak where you are working so careful with the cigarettes.
All good info except for removing the fuel rail part. You don't have to remove the rail in order to get the old injectors out...would actually make it quite a bit more difficult seeing as how you have no leverage so as to pull out said injectors. Leave the rail in and unscrew the little caps/covers which are held in by two phillips head screws. This is where you might need a little elbow grease to pry the old ones out.....even I had a tough time my first time trying to accomplish this.
Hopefully they'll be relatively easy for ya. And as the above says, be sure and get new o-rings from Nissan (or whereever) and replace all of them them...lube them up with some type of oil (I just pulled the dipstick and used regular motor oil) and they should just pop right in. I would now suggest unbolting the fuel rail, pressurizing the system (by replacing fuel pump fuse and turing the key to the "on" position...WITHOUT starting the car) and seeing if you have any leaks...just to be sure.
If all is good, re-install rail, plug in connectors and fire her up...hope this helps a bit more...
