Hello Guys:

I am sure some know about this additive, but I went to Autozone and purchased this little slim bottle of thick yellowish liquid caled "Upper Cylinder Lubricant and Injector Cleaner" from LUCAS. It is incredible. After a few minutes of driving my car little Nissan, my car feels like new. The engine that is over 200K is behaving more like it is 80K. I am amazed. I put in my little Nissan yesterday and by today. The car is truly a joy to drive.

Just bought another bottle for my G-35 Coupe. A friend of mine told me he used it on his G-35 and it worked well--his car feels like new. The stuff costs $4.99. It is easy to miss it in a store because the content is in some cheap plastic with some cheap label. I have never used anu $4.99 treatment that is this good. Best bang for your bucks. Try it!

Cool. Thanks for the heads up. I might give it a whirl. Usually I use BG44K and once in a while I Seafoam the intake via the PCV vacuum line.

I recently used Sea Foam and saw a 1-1.5 increase in mpg after 800 miles of driving. Changing my oil to M-1 also increased my mpg from 1-1.25. Changing a dirty air filter also had a slight increase. Overall, I went from 21.5mpg average after 10K miles to 23.5-24mpg once these changes were made. This is combo city - highway in extremely mountainous terrain. I assume that in the flatlands of Nebraska, Iowa, New Jersey and East Texas, the mpg would be 25-27.

I recently picked up a bottle at autozone too. It was on sale for $3.99 and it put me over the $20 for my points. Have heard good things about Lucas, so thought I would give it a shot.

It sounds good. I think I will try if I can find it here in Can.

We had a whole thread about our dogs before.

SVT Your little Aussie is not that little anymore. Looks really cool. I remember last year the tiny little Aussie. My dog is only 15lbs or so.

He did not changed much.

Yeah, zozo, he got a little bigger than 'advertized'.....But, still smaller than Jax at 55 pounds. He's still probably small for a mini.

The Taco Bell Chihuahua, a Doberman, and a Bulldog are in a doggie bar having a cool one when a good-looking female Belgian Tervuren comes up to them and says, "Whoever can say liver and cheese in a sentence can have me." So the Doberman says, "I love liver and cheese." The Belgian says, "That's not good enough." The Bulldog says, "I hate liver and cheese." She says, "That's not creative." Finally the Chihuahua says, "Liver alone...cheese mine!"

That was a little cheesy....

Next, you'll be posting mustang pics again!

Back to the thread topic....

OH, here's a related question.

Was going to clean the injectors in my cobra, but read in the service manual NOT to clean them due to the injectors having a special coating. Will Lucas or other injector cleaners (gas tank kind) hurt my injectors????? Are there any similiar Nissan\Infiniti cautions??

BTW, the injector cleaner is a non-solvent, which makes it even better. The G-35 manual warns of solvents. This product is a non-solvent.

If I were offended every time someone was unhappy about a decision that I had made... I would be perpetually unhappy. I like all the members, and enjoy being here. I am just WAY busier now, than I was in the past, so a lot of the newer guys don't know who I am. I am sure that a few of you first saw me today/yesterday, and wondered WTF is this guy...

No apology necessary. It's all good.
