Our new Frontier king cab V6 has a climate control defect. The air only comes through the front vents. The dealer knows this
and is supposed to be ordering a whole CC new unit. Is this something any of you have experienced. This is my first Nissan truck.
I previously drove a 2006 Tacoma for 7 years with no issues at all. We had another vehicle in between.
Thanks, hektor

So far no climate control problem's with my '13 svv6 kc.

I think their was a service bulletin on this. You can go to Nissan's site and check.

All vehicle's now have so much mandated Electrical control's now,, that I just don't like. But that's the way it is now. I didn't even want Electric Window's, and I don't use the ke Fob. Just don't trust it. Saw a Vehicle in Walmart parking lot that had the Trunk open,, and probably the driver accidently touch something on the key fob to open it.

This is my 2nd Nissan Truck. The First one,, I had for 20 year's. That truck had a leaking Radiator,, but Nissan replaced it with a new one. Be patient,, and let Nissan fix the problem.

So Far so good with the '13,, and hopefully it will be as good as the one that I had for 20 year's.

Good Luck

I hope this is the only serious problem we have. We loved the Tacoma for 7 years and the Frontier is an excellent ride with plenty of power in the V6. We are spoiled all ready with the comfortable cab and the seat warmer. :)

Checking if your problem was resolved. I'm trying to figure out if my '15 King Pro4x that I just picked up last week has a problem. When I select directing the heat to only the foot it switches from recirculation mode to pulling in outside air. I get that when you run any setting using defrost it needs the outside air, but it doesn't seem right that I can't be in recirc mode when trying to just warm up my feet. Any one else experiencing this or already addressed it with their dealer?

The problem was repaired after they first ordered and installed a new control and then when it did not work, they had to borrow another part from a new truck on the lot - something they should have done in the first place, in my opinion.
