Hey All, New guy here. Hope I get this answered I am in the market of getting another nissan HB within a couple months, and want to know what model to get and look out for. I am wanting a 4x4 (I prefer an extended cab but wont pass up a single cab) with limited slip I have looked around on the interweb and found few things that will give me a straight answer. At first I read all SE 4x4 models had the LSD but then also read only V6 models had them. My question is what is the truth behind this. I know the easiest way to look for one is to jack it up and spin the tire method. But I really dont want to do that to every truck I go look at if not necessary. I want to eliminate out the ones that dont have LSD and focus on the ones that do. Hope this makes sense.

Thanks

Welcome to NICO!!

Here's a link to a thread from one of our moderators about Nissan rear axles. Should shed some light on the subject better than I could.

Hope that helps!
