Girlfriend broke my 2000 q FOB today, sick of gluing it and wondering if a later year's will work? Anyone had any experience with this?

Typically the FCC id numbers on the back of the case must match. If you can get a case that looks the same from ebay or somewhere - could you swap the "guts" out of your working one into a new case?
