I didn't like the way the cutouts sounded unmuffled - way too ricerish, however at just the right amount of opening it sounded great.

So I'm redoing my exhaust. Here are some pics.

I'm calling it the Double XX midpipe, because I bought another X pipe and a muffler from magnaflow, but it turns out the muffler has an X pipe built in. Plus my exhaust guy told me about some guys going with a double X pipe, so I said what the hell, I'll do both - can't hurt

Here you go

Oh yeah, that's my Man Fridge

jeez man! first off mad props to the man fridge!!!! , second of all, i just got done finding the right exhaust and here you go again changing the exhaust setup again! anyway, when are you thinking of getting it installed? are you expecting just a different level of sound or maybe a change in your low end torque or both?

I spent some time today fabbing it up, I'll finish it tomorrow. I just didn't like how the cutouts sounded, so I'm moving them aft of the muffler. I'm not expecting anything in the way of performance, just sound. I also didn't like the 90degree bends I had going on, so I replaced them with smoother 45deg mandrel bends. Also the cutout downpipe would scrape on some speed bumps.

Oh yeah, forgot to tell you, I change exhausts quite often, makes no sense, but I guess I'm super anal about how it sounds.

thanks for the man fridge comments, That was just before NASCAR weekend here at PIR - in that weekend we cleaned out that fridge - it held 402 beverages
