Hey AZ!! I would like to get one for my s13 with SR20. I would like a 3" pipe with 22" res. and a single tip, with a jdm bend. If you can do that. Once I order how long till I get the product? Thanks, Josh

Josh - We can do that no problem, except I'm not sure what you mean by "JDM bend".If that means having the exhaust canister tilted or pointing out at an angle, no way.

Not only does it look goofy, but it adds an unnecessary bend in the exhaust.

There's plenty of companies that will sell you rice, we're not one of them.

Greg, this is Dan (Dookie)

The exhaust is so sweet! You cant even hear it at idle, but once you open it up, its so mean! You guys make a great product. One thing I have to complain though is I was wondering why you guys only put 3 exhaust hangers instead of 4, the exhaust hangs pretty low.But other than that, its so awesome!

P.S. When am I gonna get my NICO stickers?

I'm always broke, but for a change I have abit of money saved up. Well I just had to buy new tires and pay my insurance so I'm really stretched for cash. However, I do have enough for a new exhaust for my car.

My question: Is the $70 resonator really worth it?

Thats a good bit of money to me, and I'm not entirely sure its worth it.

I'll be getting a new exhaust either way, thanks guys.

pills - The resonator is the heart of the system. Makes the sound perfect.

If you don't mind it being loud, you'll be finew/o the resonator. Basically, without the resonator, it's almost like straight pipes since the muffler is a straight-thru design and there's hardly any bends....

AZ- will i got pulled over today for nothing today and they noticed my expired inspection sticker so i gotta get it inspected. only prob is my muffler is no longer part of the exhaust and is just a pipe cut at the subframe. im not sure if i will be able to pass like this so i may need this exhaust very soon...2.5 aluminized,22" resonator, dual tip s14.i just have 2 questions though..1. is there any way you can get it any quieter than already? id really like as close to stock sounding as possible...my subframe bushings will give me enough noise so i want to keep it down to an extreme minimum..2. Do you offer both dual tip mufflers on the 1st page?if so, id really like the one on the floor with the tips spaced farther apart..can you get me that one?sorry for the somewhat picky requests...but i regretted my last exhaust

Kienai - Since the exhaust if from the cat back, you can use it with your KA and the SR. You can place an order via email, [email protected].

URM - You'll like the sound with the 22" resonator. It's quiet at idle, nice throaty, deep sound through the rpm range.

The difference in the mufflers has to do with the piping size. The wider one is a 3" system.

Nothing wrong with picky, it's your money, you should demand that you get something worthwhile. I like to think we offer that.

so would it be possible to get the 3" muffler with 2.5" piping? i really like that muffler better.oh and so i guess its not really possible to make it quieter or is it?because i know it may sound good but i really like stock sound the best cuz you only really hear a lil roar at WOT..thats just my taste

The muffler with the "close-together" tips is the one you'd receive, otherwise we'd have to retool the jig. Keep in mind the wider ones are also a difficult fit in the rear bumper notch.

Simply put, anytime you free up the flow, you add volume. If you want something AS quiet as stock, replace it with a stock system. This one will be quiet at idle, but as the rpm's increase, you'll know you've got something going on!

Takes about 8 days on average.

Some have made it out faster, but I don't like to promise and then disappoint.

i just noticed the updated version of the dual tips for the s13? maybe i missed something, but the "close togetherness" of the tips is very very sexy. Another "Go BRM!!!!!!!" for the books. Greg does good business. Its a shame that there arent any more s13's being made as greg would have a corner on the market with these exhaust.

Thanks for the kind words Jook.

I used to be a little tentative about "bragging" about our stuff for the 240sx. No more.

Glad you guys like what we're doing.

yay i just got done drivin around my 92 hatch with the BRM catback for the first time. Right now all I have is the AEM short ram and the BRM 2.5" SS w/ dualtips. Everyone says it sounds great from the outside and looks good too, however, it seems too loud compared the video. what could be the problem? I'm going to re-adjust the nuts n bolts when it cools off. Oh and I can feel the performance too . butt-dyno!

edit: anyone in the san jose/santa clara area that has a BRM... lemme know

AZ-would you say there would be any negative side effects of spray painting the piping to help prevent rust forming? i was thinking of doing it hi-temp black. its good for 500 degrees. what do you think?

I'm another supporter of BRM. I use the 3" w/ 22" resonator and dual tip with my CA. It's really, really quiet at idle and wakes up when you rev it. It's great.
