Wow, I gotta stay on top of this thread!!!

OK, here goes:

C3Sar4U - 2.5" with a 22" resonator and dual tips is my recommendation.

sleeper07 - Yes we do. Email me at greg@brmusa for address.

FDNiss240sx - Pricing is in the first post of the thread.

AznClarity - There's several sound clips throughout this thread. Eventually I'll put them all in the first post.

Arrow - Glad you like your new system!

I love it! I couldn't be happier! .... well I guess I could be - if I could get a darn paint job and possibly some nice mesh rims! (but college is sapping all of my funds) hopefully this summer I might be able to get a good paint job /threadjack

But about the exhaust: I highly recommend it to anyone in the market b/c for the price, I doubt that you can find better quality or sound anywhere else!

Just ordered mine for a bone stock s14. Going to do a SR swap, so I went with the 3" stainless and 18" resonator. I'll post pics as I don't see alot of people going with the mid sized resonator.

Got some questions...i want your s13 system but don't really like the dual tips or the n1 look.....can you make it or can you make it with say something like a Magnaflow oval can...P# 14828. If you can produce something very similiar to this i'd put a deposit or pay for it now....paypal or cc is waiting...need exhaust bad..thanks a bunch. Here are a couple pics for reference....

Thanks Greg, just wanted to let everyone know the quality he puts into these muffler systems. Plus the quickness of his shipment, esp for a totally custom job. I got it today, and it looks BEAUTIFUL. I should have it installed soon, weather permitting. I do live in the rain state.

The exhaust sounds great. Someone forgot to install the resonator on mine, but I'm really happy with it. very little interior noise, nice deeper sounding idle, and so far, it's only maybe a tad louder than my stock. Fitment is perfect.

i asked nearly this identical question (without a part number) about a year ago and the answer was a quick No.

i might consider buying a second brm if you you offer a similar one-tip oval rear muffler, and promise you you don't wear beer googles making them anymore and that you take care to no longer splatter a bunch of mig grapes onto the polished stainless tips when tacking on the rearmost hangers

In the first post, it says that the SS systems only come with a 14" resonator....Has that changed?

Assuming I am getting the S14 I am looking at, I will be getting the stainless system with a resonator some time in the next couple of months.

Greg, im in the market for an exhaust system, what can you do for the aluminum one, with no resonator, no silencer, just straight 3" pipe from the cat to the muffler, shipped to 16218. Thanks.

Zanilth,

My system ended up coming without a resonator, still sounds really good to me, not raspy, although i'm not into revving my engine around without load. fitment again is perfect. just waiting on my refund from greg.

i've been reading this thread and am excited to see everyone satified with the sound! I saw the run at 60mph and thought that was actually kinda loud. so now i'm gonna be an *** and pull the "decibal" question outta my *** now. Sorry iin advance...

Does anyone have an idea of the range in decibles the system has?

I like how people say its not that much louder than stock!

Greg,You think you can give me a price for a 2.5" SS with resonator (that is the quietest if theres a choice) to zip 96931?

Thanks a ton!

Greg,

First off, I need an exhaust to complete my engine swap, secondly, I need a BRM 3" with 22" resonator for the S13. I don't mind if it's ss or whatever, just cheap cause my RB obsession is in full bloom. Anyhow, I'm also wondering how this will bolt on with and RB and if anyone you know has tried it yet. Heck think you guys feel up to a downpipe even? I'd be willing to send my exhaust to you guys to work with if you wanted. Anyhow let me know, and thanks in advance! Dan

hey greg, i hope you get to read and answer this.

for months now ive had my eye on this exhaust system. now i am actually in a spot where i need a good 3 inch exhaust. ive done my best to hunt down audio and video clips, and im not sure if i like it, granted ill never get an actual impression until i hear it first hand.

so right now im debating whether to splurge with a trusted name, like apexi or espelir, or go with a brm. in your honest opinion, is there that much of a difference, or is it all in the brand name and thats it?

how much for a 3 inch aluminized, single tip, with a high flow cat shipped to 98074?

i was looking for a magnaflow exhaust couldnt find any until now....everything seems perfect just not to sure (i read MOST of the pages) if the fitment on the stabalizer bar was fixed in the newer made cat backs, because i did order a new stabalizer bar which probly more than likely is a bit larger than factory.

It sounds F'N Awesome, well to me. Inside, it sounds low and has a rumble. I would record what it sounds like, but the KA just got pulled today in favor of a RB25DET, so eh, I wanted an SR, but got a killer deal on the RB, so I ran with it. I'll let ya know, esp Greg on how it turns out.

Back to the sound, during no load revs, it pops, during downshifts, it's loud as hell, but I can drive with windows and sunroof open and talk on my cell phone without them complaining. When I get on it, people can hear, but otherwise, it's a nice clean sound. Not like some coffee can honda.

what motor do you have, in a week or so, i'll be able to post up the 3" stainless twin tip with no resonator, although i have a test pipe instead of a cat, and i'll have a rb25det instead of a ka or sr.
