I bought mine at "417" due to a convergence of reasons, and because their location is much closer to me, I've had all my servicing done there as well.
That said, the best I can say about their customer service is, it's "much improved" from initial experiences, but still shy of "exemplary". For example, they scratched the aluminum part of my shift knob TWICE while in service. To their credit, they also replaced it both times, BUT ... Infiniti had to foot the bill because the last time, I noted the invoice said "Shift knob loose", which of course, wasn't true.
For perspective though, I've dealt with Mark Motors for years so any change would seem to be an improvement!!
(I'll stop now before I get properly "started" with a rant!)
