excuse my make shift coldpipe. methanol tank is going to be moved to the left of the msd box and the coldpipe will go through the battery tray in the place of the current methanol location

new things are Xcessive motorsports intake manifold, koyo radiator, nismo t-stat, phase2motortrend turbo blanket (still need to re-wrap downpipe). i also moved my coolant overflow tank back to the stock position and moved the msd box to the battery tray. the stock a/c fan is wired to turn on with the car.

oh and i bet a 600cc street bike last night at the street races with 20-21psi, methanl turning on after 15psi and methanol still not dynoed tunned yet.

will be getting on the dyno this week finally to find the results of the intake manifold

Looking really good Anthony, how are you liking the meth injection?

Cool beans on the kill. Depending on the rider and mods, your car should be running in the ~11.2 second range. My Gixxer 600 ran 10.8's but had exhaust, Yoshi EMS, race filter, lowered, strapped, -1 on the front but i doubt he had all that done.

Nice setup and again, congrats with the kill. Beat a 1000 and I will bow down.

Nope, its an Xcessive Morsports Intake Mani, dead sexy if you ask me http://www.xcessivemotorsports...tep=2

Stop taking pics and get over to that dyno ASAP , I want some numbers with that mani on there. Your meth injection looks nice, how do you like having it? Looking great as always, now go break into the 10's...

the methanol injection seems too be rocking. matched up with my msd knock meter it seems to really do the trick.

i've seen alot of poeple run high 11's on 600's without launching hard. i figure i was running inthe mid to high 11's with the setup last night

my race setup 27+psi already ran 11.2, plan to hit 10's soon. hopefully i can the first try or two since i dont have a cage yet

yeah i ran 11.5 on my 600 fully stock. but to run 10.8's, it cost me about $1000 (everything at wholesalre) and ALOT of launch practice. Anyone that says they run faster than 10.3's on a stock block 600cc bike, slap em in they face and say it came from dj_hype down in louisiana.

i work in a bike shop and spend enough time at bike drag events to know what they are capable of running.

ill keep the ***** slap in mind

btw about the screw clamps. guessing its that all my pipes came flared and rolled to help them hold on. there are some t-bolts on the turbo outlet and one on the outlet of the intercooler. i just this week got more t-bolts to put on. hopefully they fit cuz the ones from atpturbo.com really dont fit what they say they will

im assuming flared is so that u dont need to use transition couplers and is rolled equivalent to beeded? nonetheless, loving the setup. i wonder what was going thru the biker's head as he followed ur license plate lol. yes dyno now so we can all see what the intake mani can do.

Did the amnifold change spool time at all? And how much did it shift the powerband?

Looks awesome, but cut the excess off of those hose clamps for the turbo inlet...and point the screws down, it will look a lot cleaner. Everything else looks so clean, the hose clamps should too!!!

nice new setup. how is the single electric fan holding up for you? also did you notice any increase in engine revability with that heavy *** fan removed?

i hardly drove the car for 2 weeks while i was putting the manifold and waiting for the radiator to get here. so its kinda hard to tell about power increase, 20hp when near 430+hp at 20psi is hard to notice

engine temps stay in the 150's all the time

the top end does feel a bit better. not sure about spool seems about the same. dyno tomorrow to really see the added power and power band

mark your exactly right about those intake clamps. i have meant to cut them down for a while. as for pointing them down, its alot easier to remove where they are. i have been doing alot of boost leak testing and moving stuff around so it keeps it convinent
