My bro want to know if it will be better for him to rebuild his Ka or to bet an RB. He want to know what other peole think. He has 130xxx miles on the engine now. the car is a 95 240

Well since your asking in th "KA-T" forum i would expect most people to say rebuild. personally its all up to what you want to do. The rb is a truely awesome engine that can decimate all (so can a extremely built ka). the only thing i would have against the RB is that it would cost a ton just to make it fit into your 240 if you go with an rb25 or 26 you need to upgrade suspension and i bieleve your steering rack.

And besides if your going to get an rb you should rebuild it before you put it in so either way your rebuilding a motor. Its just that the rb will cost more b/c you have to fork out $3000+ before you start the rebuild. but it would cut down on the down time. since you could still drive the car with the ka durring the rb build
