New ECU, won't start

I just replaced the ECU in my car, as well as the IAC. It's a 2000 I30t. Actually, I had the ECU rebuilt, so it's not a new unit. I tried starting the car, and though it cranks, it will not fire. I need suggestions and help. How do I pull the engine codes on this car? I have a bit of a deadline to get this done, so I'm stressing here. Any help or suggestions anyone has will be sincerely appreciated!
