Just got a 2011 Altima 3.5 SR. It's already tinted and has a BOSE sound system. Any performance upgrade ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

I'd do these. Since it's a heavy car not destinied to drive like a 240sx. I'd treat it like it is a JDM VIP.

Radiator upgrade.
Lower a little bit. Pick out rims such as "Touge rims", those chrome lips black/grey 5 spoke ones. No stance, stance makes wears out tires.

Pick tires that you like. Mine was bought from a dealer, the tires are "general altimax hp", if I had the money I'll change all of them into Nakang tires.

Altima's are already great. Just see what breaks apart and replace them.

I think looks it better than performance upgrades. The front suspension is MacPherson, not double wishbone, this car ain't a 350z, can't be as sharp as Honda Accords so

The Altima coupe is a tank and doesn't handle extremely well "out the box". But it does cruise on the highway quite well. And is actually pretty quick from a stand still considering the car's characteristics. :yesnod

You may wish to consider getting an aftermarket rear sway bar and end links and/or coilovers if you want to improve the cars stability and handling a tad bit. You can always considering adding an aftermarket catback too...if you dont mind adding extra sound to the car. A lot of folks seem to be happy with adding an aftermarket intake to open up the engine's sound output during hard acceleration.

I personally like the quite sound of the coupe and will upgrade the suspension this spring.
