Hi Guys

I'm up to the point of putting in the driveline, the rear sub frame is already in and the diff is installed and now it's time for the transmission and driveshaft.

I just ordered the Shaftmasters aluminum one piece and I'm going to get the B&M short shifter, then, next month I want to buy a clutch. I'm leaning towards the Fidenza aluminum flywheel with a Centerforce dual friction.

Does anyone run this combination? I'd sure like some feedback if there is any reason not to go this way.

I haven't been around much so this could be common knowledge but what are you running? KA-(T), SR, RB, LS, IDKWTF?

My fault - it's just the original KA24E for now.

The flywheel/Clutch will also fit a DE and the driveshaft and shifter won't change because the transmission will remain the same if/when I change the engine.

Sounds like a good setup. definately will notice better acceleration over stock.

If you are buying a flywheel anyway. Get one that can run a 240mm clutch.

I think stock clutch is only 224mm.

See if you can find a lightened ka24e pickup truck flywheel and a 280zx turbo clutch. It will be a stock feeling clutch but has a greater clamp than stock.
