Whoa, those stickers gotta go. I wouldn't even be able to properly drive with all that in the way.

I would so autocross the hell out of that thing. I'd drive it's doors off, it looks like it's asking for it in fact.

Wait till you try to drive that car in a competitive atmosphere. You wont be able to apex properly on the right side cause of all the stuff going on there. Driving around town is one thing Brother, but when you need all the vision you can take in to help your decisions, thus cutting down the amount of reaction time required, those stickers will very much be in the way.

Maybe I'm different, I dunno. I like as much as I can see so my required necessary motion is processed ASAP. I even took a clear visor off my helmet because of this. Anything that can take a tenth or even a hundredth off my time. Then again, I'm OCD about the stuff. I go to sleep at night thinking about ways to shed time.

I feel what your saying buddy. I have been performance driving for quite some time. While I will drift with the stickers for the simple fact that it looks baller in pictures. It doesnt affect me in the least. Im not a pro. While on the circuit though, I will have nothing obstructing my view. I have never autocrossed (like with cones in a parking lot). I have only done closed track days and events and stuff. I dont know how much different it in to autocross. Its not nearly as wide open, so I imagine that the vantage is a little different. Auto X seems so tight and technical. I prefer more of an open enviroment. I have like 30 tracks with in 4 hours of me. Ive hit them all on a bike and most in one car or another.

Yea, autox is all about reaction time, clarity of mind, information processing and the will to push even when it seems you can't/shouldn't push. There is a lot more room for mistake and it gets rather stressful.

Any idea of what wheels/tires you'll put on there. E30's can fit decent meat on them. For street tires, I cant recommend RE11's enough. They're easily the best street tires to be had right now, and in competition they handle heat cycles very well.

For money purposes, unless I get a killer deal on different wheels Ill be keeping what I have. I will however be changing tires. I dont know what Ill be doing as of yet.

not JDM this time y0

lmao, if I did own the maroon car, I wouldnt be drifting it.

That thing is dead f*** sexy, but so is the dirty 30

the motor is the only reason I bought this thing. It was so cheap that I couldnt pass it up. I always wanted an E30, but this wasnt what I had in mind. But for what I paid, youd wanna punch my puppy.

JDM = Ja, Deutsche maschine!

Very nice! Not making it to Omaha but if I make it to B'town this summer I'd scoot up to Indy to take a look at it. Nice to see something other than one the usual suspects. :yesnod
