Hey, I own a ka24e, my stock manifold was leaking bad...so I just needed something before I did the SR swap (next 2 weeks from Phase2). The only problems I have are the EGR pipe, it doesnt exactly line up. The pipe goes 1/8 of an inch in, but wont thread...so I just stuck the pipe in the hole and it stayed...also, the O2 sensor position sucks...my wire was pinched on firewall, so no connection, but my car runs fine without it hooked up (somehow). Just beat it in some. Ill be selling mine soon if youd like to try it out..ill sale for cheap..say $50 plus shipping. Let me know.

**No expirience with this manifold so this post may not be what your looking for. They say the DC Sports manifold will crack just like all the others, not because of quality but because of the design. Even the $700+ HKS manifold(or any model that looks like that) cracks. That design puts a lot of stress on the manifold without any real support. Also DC sports had quite a few cracked manifolds in the honda world, not sure if anything has changed since AEM bought them. But in my opinion if you really want a tubular manifold than buy the SSAutoChrome version, I know it hurts to say it. I've had mine for about 8 months now and no cracks. But for the $150 it cost you could buy 2 for the price of the DC sports model. On a side note there isn't much out there that is stronger than the factory cast manifold, so if you want... I've heard of many peopple having they're stock manifold ported. Hope this helped

hey, you might also want to czech out the megan racing manifold. it's backordered from megan for another two weeks, though, so if you're willing to wait, it's a good choice.

On another side not, the SR exhaust manifold from Z Fever Racing looks really good to and Silk Road has a very nice one.
