i just bought a 1990 honda thats right honda crx. this will be my new daily driver so that i can take apart the 240 and put it back together for no apparent reason. hopefully by next summer the 240 will be all shiny and fast so i guess i can call it my project car now.

anyways the crx isnt all that bad, its an si with rear disc brakes, sunroof , and a couple of other things, but to tell you the truth i don't see why all the honda guys are raving about their cars. this thing is slow as hell. the handling is pretty good though. i think the whole car weighs 6lbs. the only reason i got it was because the good gas mileage thing and its in pretty good shape. btw i picked it up for $1300, 129k miles, miles arent too bad for a 90 and everything works in it(a/c, radio etc..)

at first i was going to sell the 240 and put a b16 and all that other nonsense into it but when i drove it i immediately knew that this car could only be my ***** while i mess around with the 240.

when i drove the crx home that night i felt like i was bringing home another woman and quickly remembered the emotional attatchment that i had with my 240 and realized FWD is for girls!

Its very nice to have a daily driver! You can go into some major projects on the other car, and not have to worry about finishing in time to drive it to work! I love my Maxima for that reason!Tyler

This is assuming you don't shift in high rpm with the manual, but if you shift at the same rpm in both an auto and a maunal the manual gets better gas mileage.

Being in tampa having a conv. would be cool, but living in chicago as i do, that would suck.

Must be a sweet conv. I would rather have a coupe with that stuff, just because of the stronger frame.
