New clutch-vibrations during engaing in first and reverse

Hey, everyone, new to this forum.

I signed up and posted a new message yesterday, but someone took me out of the system. Whats wrong?

anyhow, i need some advise with my new clutch.

its a stage 1 from clutchmasters. it vibrates on first gear when i take off and also on reverse. Is that normal for a new clutch?

also it engages in the middle, is itn't supposed to be grabbing kinda below, with new clutch?
