new clutch or upgrade?

So my 1995 240's clutch is pretty much gone, between the old owner and me getting back into the feel of a manual, it's about time to kiss the old one goodbye.

I still wasn't really planning on swapping the motor too soon (118k miles on it, might as well get some mileage out of it) and was wondering if I should upgrade to something with a little more bite or just get another OEM? Thanks!

Upgrade while you can. I would go with a stage 2 have always liked the feel even in my bone stock KA.

shortly after I bought my 93 the clutch started to go. Back then (about three years ago) I opted for an exedy OEM clutch and it is still holding up really well for about $100. Once it goes though I will definitely upgrade to a stage two but stick with exedy. Don't forget to get the fly wheel resurfaced if you're not going to replace it. GL

yeah you might as well upgrade, to just a stage 2 or somethin. or be stupid and rock a stage 5 on a dd like me..

IMO it depends ..if you are going to add performance upgrades to the ka then upgrade. if you are just going to dd it until you do a motor swap no point in wasting an extra few hundred .. but thats just what i would do lol
