ok got the new clutch in and its like nite and day everything feels gr8, what i was wondering is (prob a dumb question) on a ga16de oem clutch i should break it in right?

Second questions is should i be hearing these noises (they r not noticeable when inside car)? when idleing i hear a quiet but high pitch chirping when not pushing pedal, when i push pedal i hear a knocking or chatter that increases with rev's, all sounds disapear when i shift into gear, i read up on these sounds but couldnt really get a clear answer on why all these sounds happen in such a way is it just cause its new? If not should i really worry about it since everything seems to work fine?

thank you for any help

It's a little clutch or flywheel chatter, it may go away with time, or you may have to adjust the assembly down there to get it to go away. It's not harmful.

I think break-in is about 500mi. Just don't rip on it for about that long.

That sucks, and definitely the result of an el-cheapo clutch kit.
