My clutch recently went out on my Z, and i have up to about $650 to spend on a new clutch. Any input on what i should get in that price range would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

When I replaced mine a couple of years ago I went with an Exedy Stage 1 clutch and lightweight flywheel. That's going to be more than you want to spend, I think the whole package with the clutch, flywheel, pressure plate and throwing bearing was right around $1000. But what I would advise is to definitely look at getting a lightweight flywheel, it's one of the best driving mods I've made to the Z it really likes to rev now.

Unless you plan to autocross your car in anything short of a prepared or modified class. SCCA rules for Stock (Now "Street") and Street Touring classes require stock flywheel and clutch. Unless you are forced induction or trying to get every available NA hp a stock replacement should be fine for another 150k miles or more.
