Hey everyone, just bought a new Clarion DB355MP CD/MP3 player. As the title says I have it mostly figured out.

Yellow is batteryBlack is groundRed is powerGray/Purple/White/GreenBlue/White is remote start for the amp which is not thereOrange/White is illuminationRCA cables are outputs for an amp

This is from research on Clarion.com and google searching. So my question is: Where the devil does the antenna go? Are they doing something funky like getting the antenna signal from the ground? Or am I missing something?

there's usually a plug in the back. It's usually not even listed in the specs sheet

OK, there is one jack. It's 10mm in width, since this is the only jack I can see, I guess it is it.

what kind of car is it? most cars need an antenna adapter, to change the size of the cars antenna cable to the universal aftermarket plug size.

edit: just to save another post, if it is for your 240sx you will need the antenna adaptor to listen to the radio. go to any car audio store or best buy or circuit city, they will have them there. just ask for a nissan antenna adapter, luckily there is only one kind.

Or hope the Pioneer antenna adapter is the same. It's an old aftermarket tape deck. I say I have hope.

Indeed i do. The prior tape deck used the same antenna adapter as the Clarion. I just wrote up a wiring cheat sheet, and I pre-tested the new speakers with the new deck and they work. This way if I put the deck in and it doesn't work, i have already ruled out speakers.

Thank you for all the help.
