New check engine light problems

After replacing the exhaust the o2 sensor isn't an issue anymore, now it's a knock sensor and a crank position sensor, anyone have any experience replacing these on a 96 path, and know if they will fail an inspection because of the emition sensors

Also could these sensors cause the truck to stutter when shifting?

took it to hav it looked at, I started it up with bad gas. It had sat for 2+years. the guy reset my codes and told me to run seafoam and octane booster along with premium gas through the tank. So far so good, drove it 40 miles and the engine light never came back on
