You're good....it works now.

That kinda sucks that it isn't functional at all. Not that with ducts in those places it would really be beneficial.

But anyway, if you want them to be opened up and functional, take a dremel and cut open the slots from the bottom at a slow speed so that you don't make mistakes and cut too much off. After you do the cutting and have it how you want it, get it primered and painted. Should look really good on the car

On a side note....do you have AOL instant messanger? I'm NorthShoreRacing

I think thats the same center panel as the one i just bought. doesnt seem like he did any cutting to it. The reason i asked was because the people i ordered it from said there would have to be some "cutting out" involved

By the way ne1 know where i can get that "Z" emblem on the center panel i called nissan and they were out.

For the JDM Z nose panel emblem check out these places

Bankston Nissan, Nissanparts.org, and Midway Parts

Any of the three of them should be able to get it for you. And they'll most likely hook you up with a discount because they're NICO sponsors.

You can find their links on the add directory pagehttp://www.nicoclub.com/addirectory.shtml

The emblem is available in red or black background by the way

silvertwin has the center section with black stickers to give the illusion of open vents, he claims they create more turbulance that airflow when opened,a nd the guys tends to know his sh*t so I am inclined to believe him

i dont trust myself with cutting out vents on my center panel lol. I dont trust the bodyshop thats doing my bodykit either. Could look kinda corky if something goes wrong so i think ill keep it the way it is and maybe add black stickers to make it look like its cut out

I hope all turns out well for ya! Should look good. I have been juggling the idea of getting a nose panel, but I just don't know if there are any I want.
