New Carpet

I'm in the process of installng new carpet and seats into my 91 240sx. I've searched both the technical and general boards, but found nothing. I believe that I need to remove the dash. I've a;ready taken out the seats and the center console. My question is, do I really need to remove the dash, and if so, then should I have done that before I removed the seats so that I'd actually have something to sit on? I hope theres another way, because it looks lke the dash route is going to be a *****. Man, i wish I would've let somebody else do this.

nope, dont' need to remove dash to put new carpet in.

it's really the only thing you leave in the car.

Thks, This is actually easier than I thought it would be. This car has been sitting for about 4-5 months now! Can't wait to let the old girl spread her wings again. Not to mention listening to the sound system that I put in there again.

I guess it wouldn't be a good idea to put the wires under the new carpet because they would pick up all the noise from the road.

But, thks for the reply. This site has never let me down.
