New car rim suggestions?

Hey guys, just picked up my replacement car from Florida last weekend. I love it its a 2002 Infiniti QX4 with 109,000 miles. I love it, but the rims are very badly corroded. I want to get them painted in a hyper silver paint as I hate the Mercedes silver that come on most rims. I was quoted 650 to prep and paint the current rims. does this sound like a resonable price?
