Traded in the 08 G35X on a new 2013 G37X!!!
Has Prem. package which the other didn't.
HIGHLY recommend MODERN Infiniti of Greensboro OR Winston Salem!!!
Called the GM who is a BIG ASU supporter and sent him pics of the trade.
Called me back later with the numbers.
(This is the second new Infiniti that they have delivered to me.)
Had the car driven to my house about 80 miles away, did the paper work and it was a done deal!!!
Too dark to take pics, but this is the one....with graphite interior.

Excellent deal. How do you like the G37x in comparison to your G35x? Interior and controls are all the same but the 7sp v 5sp and 3.7 v 3.5 is the real change.

The steering seems to be just a tad lighter....not bad though.
Our 08 G35X was pretty much a base which came with sunroof and heated leather.
This one has the prem. package which it nice since I'm 6' and Renee is 5' 3.
She can now also control her ipod thru the system as opposed to the other way around which is nice!
The new car smell is intoxicating!!

It has the RSA's on it
Which I thought did very well in drive, wet, and snow!!!!
BUT, wore out at 20K....
DO I reeeeeeeally have to wait 1200 miles before I take her to WARP drive???

I'd suggest taking it a tad easy, although the techs I've talked with say breaking in vehicles is no longer really needed....

I'm looking for a 2012 as I don't want to buy new to simply upgrade the wifes sedan. Hard to find a G37x with nav for some reason. The majority of those on sale used are base-only.

We were looking to trade on a very nice 2011 G37XS ....white with graphite loaded with prem and nav. Had 33K on her. Drove it late Friday and was supposed to take it out on a 2 hour loan to make sure seats were good with us....they a bit tight....But, somebody called in from 2 hrs away and put money down on it and it got gone. Was a NC car with no rusty exhaust like most all of the used X's are around here!!!!
Now, glad it didn't work out!! I have shiny new exhaust!!!!
And, the non sport seats are much more comphy to me.

Asked the same question when I bought mine in '11. Most interesting advice was from Fezzik, to the effect of "Take it easy for 3K, then put a turbo on it".

My '11 is Premium non-nav. That's what most of them were locally when I bought it. IIRC it was about 3:1.

Rob is a super nice guy!! Had talked to him several years ago about an 09, but we didn't pull the trigger.
And, what an EZ deal!!!
Sent pics in the AM, got numbers back, and he had it delivered in the PM same day!!!! the day before Thanksgiving too when they were short staffed.
He donated a custom Harley for Yosef to ride in on at ball games....but, you prob know that!


And, nope, didn't drive the Q50. Sat in one. Saw some not so good write ups about it...mainly loss of road feel and sportiness.
Drop in MSRP by 5K and them beating the VPP pricing plus Infiniti incentives made the new G37X very attractive!!!
