Hi I just bought my 2010 G37 Journey sedan and the dealer told me to bring it back for detailing. So, afterwards I notice to paint chips on the passenger front door. They told me to bring it back again and that they would "fix" it. I'm sort of worried that they'll make it worse. What do you think? Any opinions? (if you copy and paste the following web address, you can check out the photo of the car door) http://i295.photobucket.com/albums/mm14 ... 18/car.jpg

Sorry to hear that. I'd let them fix it. If you're not happy, talk to the service manager.

They should have a professional painter that comes around and he should be able to do a better job than what you could do. So, what Joe said above ^^

Thanks guys but I showed it to my body shop guy and he said that the whole door would have to be blended & painted unfortunately. So, I doubt that's what the dealer will do. Besides, not sure that i want to paint the door right now since it's brand new. I will notify the car dealer though.
