New Camshaft Case Seals/Gaskets?

As I was checking my vacuum lines to possibly fix my once a month P0420 problem, I noticed this off my passenger side of the engine.






It looks like oil is seeping from the camshaft case seal or gasket .

Any one else had this problem?
Am I way off the mark in diagnosing?

This is off the passanger side of the engine.



And this is a close-up at a strange orientation while I was trying to get behind some hoses.



I think It's safe to assume that I shouldn't have random oily patches there; I haven't spilled anything. (Other side is less severe)

So is it time for new gaskets or sealant?

Yes thats right

I think Its a leak where part 13270 is from this EPD
