Well, to get the most out of the new cams you should get a tune with them. That would either require a SAFC, or some tuning system, and a wideband. Or just a tuning system and a local dyno shop.

You can get away with just swapping in the cams and changing nothing though, you just wouldnt be getting the most out of your engine if you did. So to answer your question, nothing really. You just replace the cams, and drive.
