Nuclear car concept. Not from Cadillac, but an artist's design exercise.

The tire design is really cool. Maximize overall surface area without the downsides of a wide voidless/sipeless tread in real-world weather conditions.

I'd drive it. Nuclear doesn't scare me. I was on a nuclear carrier for 8 months. If I was gonna glow, I would by now.

I think nuclear is the key to making the electric car work.
Unfortunately most of the population are misinformed morons and too terrified of anything nuclear for it to ever happen.

This post. Solid gold.

I'd be interested in how the cooling system would work, but at the same time, you don't really need a giant reactor with huge cooling needs for a reactor that small.

Thorium would be amazing in this application, but sadly, there are no approved designs, and doubt there will be for quite some time.
