new CA with tdo5 18g

My friend bought a ca18det from neo tech inports and it has header for a BM t3/t4.and a t3/t4 turbo on it.i typed in the numbers on google and came up with a tdo5 18g turbo..the dup pipe says gready on it.can i get som nice power with this turboand the comp on the ca is #1 183 #2 182 #3 181 #4 183turbo has a far bit of play though

Good power? Only if it fits, lol. So far, nobody has had any luck with the greddy manifolds and steering rack clearance.

That's not entirely true Chris. I'm pretty sure at least one guy got it to clear. Unfortunatly it seems to be a hit or miss kinda thing....

The only guy I remember running it on here was the dude from Canada with a real RHD silvia. The other person running an 18g was the guy with the custom manifold.

i am running one with a Turbonetics T3/T4, and alas, mine too is RHD :D

it is a custem manifold from japan that came on the motor. ive seen gready one and this one is different. the 18g bolts right up to the stock down pipe.....i think it will fit

There was one in dallas with that mani and turbo setup. They just cut off and rewelded some parts on the mani to make it fit.

I have a greddy td05-18g with a greddy manifold and downpipe and yes it does fit. There have been no modifications to the turbo or manifold. I posted some pics a while back.

that would be true, he bought it off someone who realised it wouldnt fit on his 240 because of the steering rack

the headers are not gready but the turbo dump pipe says gready on it

well...we tryed to put the motor in last night but....nop does not fit..so the turbo and headers are comming off.. ill take some pix befor i pull it off
